About the Ride - On September 25, 2011, join family and friends of AEE for a Ravine and Waterfront ride along Toronto's world class bicycle paths.
Multiple distance options are available to encourage participation regardless of experience or ability. Participants may choose to participate in 10 km, 20km, and 30 km routes.
The Route - The course will start at Cherry park, head north along the Ravine system to the Ontario Science Center, and then return south to end up at Kew Gardens in the Beaches.
Our Goal - All funds raised by the Ride will benefit students from the Academic Bridge Program (ABP) at the AEE Community Centre in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The 2011 school year will see 50 ABP graduates enter the formal school system, many for the first time in their lives.
Sadly, this ordinary event would be all but impossible without the assistance of AEE.
The collective goal of this years Ride is $12,500, enough to send 50 students to school for one year!
