Toul Kork is an industrial neighborhood on the northern edge of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. A breeding ground of crime, prostitution, and corruption, it is the type of place where daughters and sisters simply disappear after reaching puberty.It is a community lacking cohesiveness, where children are more likely to be exploited by a neighbor than protected by them.
Action to End Exploitation opened the doors to its specialized community center in the summer of 2008. Focusing on commercial sex workers and high-risk youths, the centre supports an array of services and programs. Each program is designed to respond to the currents needs of the community and can be adapted as needs evolve.

Graduates of the Academic Bridge Program. |
